Delivery Times
How long does shipping take?
Total shipping time is a combination of numerous steps in the shipping process. Your total shipping time depends on you country of origin and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
All orders typically require up to 2-4 business days to be packaged and dispatched by our shipping team. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays.
The fulfillment time is in addition to your selected shipping method and any potential customs processing required by your destination country. Depending on your delivery location, your country may have customs and imports processing that can cause additional time for your package to be delivered.

How to calculate delivery times
Please use the following simplified equation to roughly calculate your order delivery time. Please keep in mind that all shipping/delivery estimations can be impacted by spikes in order volumes or courier delays at any time.
Fulfillment time (up to 2-4 Business days) + Customs Processing + Selected Shipping Method
- Fulfillment Time: The time it takes for the warehouse to pick, pack and dispatch the order
- Customs Processing: The time it takes for customs to process the transition of the package
- Business Days: Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays will add to shipping times.
Canada, US & EU Shipping
Standard Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days depending on the destination.
Express Shipping usually usually takes 1-2 business days.
During peak times of the year, these times may be extended.
Please Note:
For US orders with USPS shipping, standard or express, the package must first travel from Toronto to New York to a USPS sorting facility. Once the package has been scanned there, you will see your tracking information update. This can sometimes take up to 2 days after your order is marked as shipped.
International Destinations
Standard Shipping usually takes between 14-21 business days.
Express Shipping usually takes between 2-4 business days depending on the destination.
During peak times of the year, this may be extended.
For international customers:
Your parcel will be handed off to the local carrier in your country before delivery is finalized. It is best to check your tracking link for an updated tracking number and to follow-up with your local carrier for further information.

Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a Lifetime Warranty — our guarantee that upon receiving the product, every jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is eligible to the original purchaser and valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Clocks and Colours retailer, and subject to applicable state or national laws governing the sales of consumer goods.
The warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer or resold by the original purchaser to a new owner.
We work with our manufacturers to create handcrafted, ethically sourced pieces that are made to stand the test of time. We’re confident in the quality of our product. Please note this means that the warranty does not cover any lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized Clocks and Colours retailer and are subject to approval.Eyewear - Limited 2-Year Warranty
Clocks and Colours eyewear is backed with a limited two-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please note this means that the warranty does not cover any lost items, broken frames as a result of misuse or negligence, scratches on lenses, improper use or storage of your eyewear, improper fit and any alterations of your eyewear product - including but not limited to replacing existing lenses with prescription lenses.
Headwear, and Homewares - Limited 2-Year Warranty
Clocks and Colours, headwear, and housewares are backed by a limited two-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover any lost items or items that are broken, dented, ripped or stained as a result of misuse or negligence. This includes scratches that come from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, improper fit of your product and any modification made to your product after purchase.
Leather Goods - Limited 1-Year Warranty
Clocks and Colours leather products are backed by a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover any lost items or items that are broken, dented, ripped or stained as a result of misuse or negligence. This includes scratches that come from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, improper fit and any modification made to your product after purchase.
*Exceptions
Items including but not limited to socks and other merch products that we identify, are subject to our standard returns and exchange policy from the date of purchase.
